We are looking for 4 people urgently, who would like to pursue a Home Based Career. This is a full-time position. The position open now is for Appointment Setters (US time).

Job Description:

* You will be given a list of name and numbers from the Oil and Gas Industry (USA).
* You will have to call them and check if they are interested in a discussion about a new job opportunity.
* If they are interested, you will fix an appointment them with our Recruitment Manager for a telephonic conversation.
* You will try and get their direct number, Email address and the best time for our Recruitment Manager to speak with them.
* You will be given data and a software for using calling The United States.

Requirements:

* Computer with high speed internet connection at home is a must. (Your internet connection and electricity should be stable)
* Must speak very fluent English with no accent at all. (VERY VERY IMPORTANT).
* Should have a quite environment at home while working, preferably a room for yourself .
* You should be willing to do night shift and the shift will be from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am, however, shifts might change based on business requirements.
* Experience in the field of HR/Sales/Tele-Marketing/Customer Service/Call center is preferred but not mandatory.
* You should know to use Skype software.
* This is not a part time opening, so, you should not be employed anywhere else while working with us.
* You should have a good knowledge about Computer basics.

Compensation:

* You will be paid Rs.150/- per calling hour. (Please read the description of “calling hour” below)
* Apart from your calling hour payment, you are paid handsome incentives. It will discussed if you are selected.
* Payment Cycle is 1st to the 30th of every month.
* Salary is disbursed by 7th of every month through direct debit to your bank account.
* If you join after the 15th of any month your salary is disbursed the month after next. (E.g: If you join on 27th June your first salary will be disbursed on August 7th. You will be paid for days from 27th June to 31 July)

What are calling hours:
You are paid on the basis of number of hours you are on a call. An example: If you are calling anyone from your mobile, you are charged only when the call is connected and for the duration of the call. The same way, here you are paid for the number of hours you are on a call in a month.

Terms and Conditions

* We do not charge any joining fee or registration fee like other home based job providers do. However, if you quit before 30 days of your work in any month you will not be paid your dues for that month.
* You have work from Monday to Friday, weekends are work offs.
* Absenteeism is absolutely not tolerated unless the situation is serious.
* You will have to strictly adhere to the working hours.
* Employees found false dialing to increase the number of calling hours, will be dismissed from the service immediately without any compensation.

*Please "DO NOT" apply if you do not fulfill any of the above requirements. Please understand these openings are for people who are serious about making a home based career. So, do not apply if have nothing to do and just want to pass your time. Please do not waste your time and ours.
