Okay, I think we need to have some kind of fan fic section. I will submit the first one in this topic, and then you all can make your own topics for your own. Hopefully we'll get enough to have the Admins give it its own category and it won't be messy. The other thing you can do is put a link to a good fan fic you found on another site. Such as http://fanfiction.net - its my fan site of the month. These will include fanfic, fanart, or maybe just pictures of fans locked up in cages.... jk to all you "Animal Rights" people out there. Anyways, DON"T FORGET YOUR DISCLAIMERS!!! Bold is best. Top of story. Anways.... here's mine. (Oh, note to writers, I will be asking the admins to bump up the character count in this forum, or maybe just give people a bonus for posting here. Even if they don't, its a great way to get over 1000 rupees in one post. And that's without spam. Add your Author's note at the top, and any end comments at the bottom. USE PROPER GRAMMER AND SPELLINGS DANG IT! Will be deleted for crapness. If you spam, prepare to be deleted. If you flame, it might not be deleted, depending on how funny it was..... Okay, unless its a conversation between two characters that adds to the story, expect editing that will create major plotholes. Indent correctly too. Also, USE CHAPTERS! If you start something, and don't want to finish it, but think you might later, put a line, and say.... "MORE CHAPTERS LATER MY READER NOOBS, DEAL WITH THE CLIFFHANGERS! Here's my crappy excuse for a story.
DISCLAIMER: I don't own any of the Fire Emblem characters, storylines, or places. I do however, own the people not appering in the Fire Emblem 7. Used without permission. OCs are cool.

Sword Kin

Two streams of silver sliced through the night, as easily as they cleaved through flesh.
�Why? Why must you do this?� The man�s cry was filled with anguish. He backed slowly toward the edge of the clearing outlined in the soft light shining down from the luminous sphere hanging in the sky. He frantically brought his curved saber up, barely deflecting a thrust. His opponent was impassive, silent as the death he wrought so often. He sent his blade whirling into a complex pattern, spinning his weapon around the saber�s guard, he drilled it into the man�s chest.
Silence.
�Was it worth it brother?� The man slumped into his killer�s arms, letting his sword drop to the ground. �Was it?� he whispered, slipping into death�s inviting embrace.

�Remember my name, Guy, strongest warrior in all of Sacae!� Guy walked over to his seat and settled in to watch the next fight.
�Hello, I didn�t think I�d be seeing you for a while,� a cheery young man tapped Guy on the shoulder.
The young fighter jumped out of his seat.
�Don�t sneak up on me like that! �
�Well calm down jumpy, I was just saying hello.� The young man smiled at him.
�By Roland Matthew, you scared me!� Guy cried turning to glare at the enigmatic rouge.
�It�s my job to be sneaky my young plainsman friend.� Matthew replied happily. �So, how�s your little stick fighting tournament going?� He inquired, nodding toward the ring.
�Its not stick fighting, its sword fighting. Much better than, whatever you do..... What do you do anyway?�
Matthew smiled and placed his hand on Guy�s shoulder. He waved his other fingers in front of the swordsman�s face. Wiggling them, he moved his other hand to join it and produced a flask of wine.
�Would you like some wine?� He asked, his grin spreading across his entire face.
�Hey, that�s mine !� Guy cried, feeling his belt for his missing flask. �You.... oh, I get it.�
Matthew nodded, handing back the flask back to Guy. He gestured toward the areana, expression suddenly serious, at the two contestants locked in combat. It wasn�t much of a combat really, one fighter held a heavy axe, the other a fine blade. The difference in the quality of weapons and skill was readily apparent. The axe was worn and scratched. The wielder held it as he would a hammer, stiffly, as a tool, not a weapon. The other fighter held his blade as if it was not there. It was an extension of his arm, a glittering, sharp, deadly extension set with a sapphire hilt. The match had just started, yet the axe holder was already short of breath and lathered in sweat. Looking as if he hadn�t moved at all, the swordsman bowed and stepped forward.
�I will end this fight if you don�t mind.� He advanced quickly, too quickly to be human. Slashing left and right, then left again, he battered the exhausted axeman�s weapon aside and cut the man�s wrist open. The man�s scream was cut short by a sword hilt to the face. The crowd was stunned by the man�s speed. A moment later, subdued applause followed. He brushed his hand across the bloodstain on his robes. �Next?� No one moved.
�I�ll do it.� Guy stood and drew his sword. Matthew grabbed him and spun his eager friend around.
�He�ll kill you Don�t even think about it!� Matthew warned. �He reminds me of a legend I heard once, long ago, a swordsman so deadly, they call him a demon. I don�t think this is him, but you would do well to mark his name. The Sword Demon Karel.� A voice cut through their hushed conversation,
�I�m next.� The newcomer was clothed in the same style of robes as the winner. He placed his hand his own sword, resting in its nondescript sheath. His voice was quiet, tinged with something.....insanity?
�You.� The victor�s voice was filled with scorn. �Tonight.�
�As you wish.� The newcomer turned and walked serenely out of the room. The other stalked out shortly after.
�Do you think...?� Guy asked Matthew.
The normally talkative thief did not reply.

The girl was lost. Glancing up at the descending sun, she stumbled up another dune. A sparse covering of grass kept the sand from sliding away beneath her bare feet. Tears streamed down her youthful face. Exhausted, gazed into the red orb and fell to her knees, rolling senseless down the dune.

Can anyone guess who its about? Not to hard. I will be changing some things up and editing the above.... Next chapter's coming in later, probably only one though... oh well. Hope you like it!
