Anyways...I decided to make a website for this forums.
It's currently a work in progress. I'm making it strictly from html at the moment, and I will keep updating it and perhaps make a layout later on.

you need to learn that php. Also, the color scheme is rather bright, maybe you might want to consider choosing colors that don't contrast as much?
